1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are by appointment only and require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to secure your spot.

  • The deposit is applied toward your total balance.

  • Remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment via cash or e-transfer.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

  • If less than 72 hours is given, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue for the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled.

  • You may reschedule your appointment one time before the deposit will be forfeited. After that the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to full service charges.

3. Late Arrival

  • Please arrive on time. A 15+ minute delay may result in cancellation or a shortened session, with no refund of deposit.

  • Out of respect for other clients, appointments cannot be extended if you arrive late.

4. Health & Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ years old to receive a cosmetic tattoo.

  • Services cannot be performed if you are: pregnant, breastfeeding, on blood thinners or antibiotics , currently undergoing chemotherapy and prone to keloid scarring.

  • If you’re prone to cold sores, an antiviral medication is required 2–3 days prior to the appointment.

  • If you show up with a contradiction, your appointment will be canceled and deposit will be forfeited.

  • If I feel that you are too unsure, indecisive, or impulsive about your tattoo, I have the right to refuse to offer my work. And your deposit will be forfeited.

5. Photo/Video Consent

  • Photos and videos may be taken before, during, and after your session.

  • These may be used for educational or marketing purposes.

  • You can opt out by letting me know before your appointment.

6. Touch-Up Policy

  • A discounted touch-up is included 4–8 weeks after your initial appointment.

  • Touch-ups booked after 8 weeks may incur a higher fee.

  • Additional touch-ups beyond 2 sessions are charged separately.

7. No Guest Policy

  • To ensure focus and hygiene, no extra guests or children are allowed in the studio during your appointment.

8. Aftercare Responsibility

  • You will receive detailed aftercare instructions — it’s your responsibility to follow them for best results.

  • Improper aftercare may result in pigment loss or fading and is not the technician’s responsibility.

9. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of cosmetic services, all services are final sale.

  • Specific results or color requests for tattoos are not guaranteed.

  • No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction or fading, as results vary from client to client.
